UA Parents will complete these steps for the Federal PLUS Loan:

1. Pre-Approval & Application

2. E-Sign or Paper sign Federal PLUS Master Promissory Note (MPN)

3. Return to UA web site and complete the UA Federal PLUS Loan Request-Confirmation form
